Palmera Inn and Suites

Very BAD experience, Receptionists were very Rude, they charged me twice , when I paid already through ******* , and didn’t want to give me the first paper signed ( where it said paid )- they already cut it ????? Seriously ???? It’s STEALING money from the other card ( without me asking ), I was really shocked!!!!Is it how treat the guest from EU!!!????? And believe me , there is more nicer places in Hilton Head ! Ah, yes, they said the manager will come , hahaha, first info was in 10/15 mins, then waited 15 mins , then oh, no , in 1 hour)))) NEVER come back !

Had a wonderful time!! Ravi Pal is amazing in the bar in the evening time! We absolutely we went almost every evening to see him! What a great guy!!!! So friendly and so accommodating, thanks Ravi we will be back because of you and Anthony in the coffee shop! These guys are amazing and you should definitely keep them and promote them!

Great room- large and uncluttered. Would be good for extended stay. Need directions on how to operate the shower- but otherwise would recommend. Breakfast was good. Billy, star employee!

Cute comfortable hotel. A little wear from the beach climate but well maintained overall. Loved the pool set up. Pretty grounds.

The hotel on the outside looks very outdated and run down, when you enter the building there is an old “nursing home” smell. The walls and ceilings inside the room still have that old popcorn texture so it still has that outdated feel, however the furniture appliances and bathroom are updated nicely and very clean. The check-in staff was very not welcoming, but avoided eye-contact, demanding and not pleasant. After check in a lady stopped us and was trying to get us to sign up to come to some 1-hour presentation which was pretty annoying. I mean come on… you verbalized that we seemed rushed because we are only staying for 1 night… but you continue to hold us back and trying to get us to waste even more time to listen to come presentation… if you see that guests are not interested, just let them go. The breakfast was not good at all. Eggs taste like plastic, coffee is watered down. I was thankful for at least descent biscuits, pancakes and apples. The ladies hosting breakfast were very pleasant, and checkout was fast and simple, thank you! Overall the clean room made it worth the stay but there’s a lot this hotel needs to work on.

Suite was a good idea lots of room though could use a thorough clean and renovation The timeshare sell when we came in was annoying Paying for parking ridiculous when you are paying already quite a lot for the room and extra taxes
